Как быстро я могу получить расчёт цены?
Within 24 часа, including a free 3D rendering so you can see the design before sampling. Send artwork, size, quantity and target price — a reference photo is enough if you have no technical drawing.
Каковы сроки изготовления образцов и серийного производства?
Изготовление образцов takes всего за 5 дней for standard designs and 7–10 дней for complex 3D molds. Серийное производство is 15–25 дней depending on quantity. Reorders are faster — your tooling is already on file.
Возвращается ли стоимость образца?
Yes. The sample fee is полностью возвращается, когда объём заказа достигает 10 000 шт. и более (quantity, not order value). For smaller quantities the sample fee covers tooling and setup only — we do not profit from samples.
Можете ли вы изготовить изделие по моему дизайну? Какие файлы нужны?
Yes — OEM and ODM both. We accept AI, PDF, CDR, STEP/STP files, and can work from clear фото or hand sketches. Our in-house designers create the 3D render and mold drawing for your approval before tooling starts.
Кому принадлежит пресс-форма и используете ли вы её для других клиентов?
The tooling fee is charged once and the пресс-форма принадлежит вам. We store it free of charge for your reorders and мы никогда не продаём и не показываем ваш дизайн третьим лицам. NDAs are signed on request.
Есть ли у вас аудиты завода и сертификаты соответствия?

We are a licensed OEM producer for Disney, Hello Kitty, Snoopy, Moomin, Harry Potter and Miffy — but licensed characters can only be produced при наличии письменного разрешения правообладателя. We cannot make them for unauthorized buyers. The same production lines, molds, plating and QC standards are fully available for под вашим собственным брендом.
Могу ли я направить своего инспектора или сторонний контроль качества?
Absolutely welcome. We regularly produce for the Japanese market, where clients station inspectors for поштучная инспекция 1:1. Pre-shipment inspection by SGS, BV, TÜV or your own team is supported, and we provide фото and videos during production.

T/T (банковский перевод) — 30% deposit to start, 70% balance before shipment. Long-term partners can discuss other arrangements after the first orders.

We work with FOB, EXW and CIF, shipping from Ningbo or Shanghai. Express (DHL/FedEx/UPS), air and sea freight are all arranged, and DDP «до двери» is available to major destinations.
