お見積もりはどのくらい早くもらえますか？
Within 24時間以内, including a free 3D rendering so you can see the design before sampling. Send artwork, size, quantity and target price — a reference photo is enough if you have no technical drawing.
サンプル製作と量産の納期はどのくらいですか？
サンプル製作 takes 最短5日 for standard designs and 7〜10日 for complex 3D molds. 量産 is 15〜25日 depending on quantity. Reorders are faster — your tooling is already on file.
サンプル代は返金されますか？
Yes. The sample fee is ご注文が10,000個以上になった時点で全額返金いたします (quantity, not order value). For smaller quantities the sample fee covers tooling and setup only — we do not profit from samples.
オリジナルデザインの製作は可能ですか？どのファイル形式が必要ですか？
Yes — OEM and ODM both. We accept AI, PDF, CDR, STEP/STP files, and can work from clear 枚の写真 or hand sketches. Our in-house designers create the 3D render and mold drawing for your approval before tooling starts.
金型の所有権はどちらになりますか？他のお客様にも使い回しますか？
The tooling fee is charged once and the 金型はお客様の所有物です. We store it free of charge for your reorders and お客様のデザインを他社に販売・公開することは一切いたしません. NDAs are signed on request.
工場監査や各種コンプライアンス認証を取得していますか？
We are SEDEXおよびNBCUの監査を取得しています, founded in 1998, operating a 30,000 m² の工場に120名のスタッフ. Test reports are available for CPSIA, California Prop 65 (CA65) and EN71. Documentation can be shared before you place an order.

We are a licensed OEM producer for Disney, Hello Kitty, Snoopy, Moomin, Harry Potter and Miffy — but licensed characters can only be produced ブランドオーナー様の書面による許諾があれば対応いたします. We cannot make them for unauthorized buyers. The same production lines, molds, plating and QC standards are fully available for お客様ご自身のブランド.
自社の検査員や第三者検品機関を派遣できますか？
Absolutely welcome. We regularly produce for the Japanese market, where clients station inspectors for 1:1 の全数検査. Pre-shipment inspection by SGS, BV, TÜV or your own team is supported, and we provide 枚の写真 and videos during production.
お支払い条件を教えてください。
T/T（銀行送金） — 30% deposit to start, 70% balance before shipment. Long-term partners can discuss other arrangements after the first orders.

We work with FOB, EXW and CIF, shipping from Ningbo or Shanghai. Express (DHL/FedEx/UPS), air and sea freight are all arranged, and DDP（玄関渡し） is available to major destinations.
