Quels sont vos délais d’échantillonnage et de production ?
Échantillonnage takes jusqu’à 5 jours seulement for standard designs and 7–10 jours for complex 3D molds. Production de série is 15–25 jours depending on quantity. Reorders are faster — your tooling is already on file.
Les frais d’échantillon sont-ils remboursables ?
Yes. The sample fee is entièrement remboursés dès que votre commande atteint 10 000 pcs ou plus (quantity, not order value). For smaller quantities the sample fee covers tooling and setup only — we do not profit from samples.

Yes — OEM and ODM both. We accept AI, PDF, CDR, STEP/STP files, and can work from clear photos or hand sketches. Our in-house designers create the 3D render and mold drawing for your approval before tooling starts.
À qui appartient le moule, et le réutilisez-vous pour d’autres clients ?
The tooling fee is charged once and the le moule vous appartient. We store it free of charge for your reorders and nous ne vendons ni ne montrons jamais votre modèle à qui que ce soit. NDAs are signed on request.
Disposez-vous d’audits d’usine ou de certificats de conformité ?
We are audité SEDEX et NBCU, founded in 1998, operating a usine de 30 000 m² avec 120 collaborateurs. Test reports are available for CPSIA, California Prop 65 (CA65) et EN71. Documentation can be shared before you place an order.
Pouvez-vous fabriquer Disney, Hello Kitty ou d’autres personnages sous licence ?
We are a licensed OEM producer for Disney, Hello Kitty, Snoopy, Moomin, Harry Potter and Miffy — but licensed characters can only be produced avec l’autorisation écrite du propriétaire de la marque. We cannot make them for unauthorized buyers. The same production lines, molds, plating and QC standards are fully available for votre propre marque.
Puis-je envoyer mon propre inspecteur ou un contrôle qualité tiers ?
Absolutely welcome. We regularly produce for the Japanese market, where clients station inspectors for inspection pièce par pièce 1:1. Pre-shipment inspection by SGS, BV, TÜV or your own team is supported, and we provide photos and videos during production.

T/T (virement bancaire) — 30% deposit to start, 70% balance before shipment. Long-term partners can discuss other arrangements after the first orders.
Quelles conditions d’expédition proposez-vous ?
We work with FOB, EXW et CIF, shipping from Ningbo or Shanghai. Express (DHL/FedEx/UPS), air and sea freight are all arranged, and DDP porte-à-porte is available to major destinations.
