What is your MOQ?
Standard OEM programs start from 500 pcs per design. Our stainless steel custom letter series starts at just 1 piece — ideal for personalized jewelry, small boutiques and test orders. Mixed styles in one shipment are negotiable.
How fast can I get a quote?
Within 24 hours, including a free 3D rendering so you can see the design before sampling. Send artwork, size, quantity and target price — a reference photo is enough if you have no technical drawing.
What are your sampling and production lead times?
Sampling takes as fast as 5 days for standard designs and 7–10 days for complex 3D molds. Mass production is 15–25 days depending on quantity. Reorders are faster — your tooling is already on file.
Is the sample fee refundable?
Yes. The sample fee is fully refunded once your order reaches 10,000 pcs or more (quantity, not order value). For smaller quantities the sample fee covers tooling and setup only — we do not profit from samples.
Can you produce my own design? What files do you need?
Yes — OEM and ODM both. We accept AI, PDF, CDR, STEP/STP files, and can work from clear photos or hand sketches. Our in-house designers create the 3D render and mold drawing for your approval before tooling starts.
Who owns the mold, and do you reuse it for other clients?
The tooling fee is charged once and the mold belongs to you. We store it free of charge for your reorders and never sell or show your design to anyone else. NDAs are signed on request.
Do you hold any factory audits or compliance certificates?
We are SEDEX and NBCU audited, founded in 1998, operating a 30,000 m² plant with 120 staff. Test reports are available for CPSIA, California Prop 65 (CA65) and EN71. Documentation can be shared before you place an order.
Can you make Disney, Hello Kitty or other licensed characters?
We are a licensed OEM producer for Disney, Hello Kitty, Snoopy, Moomin, Harry Potter and Miffy — but licensed characters can only be produced with the brand owner's written authorization. We cannot make them for unauthorized buyers. The same production lines, molds, plating and QC standards are fully available for your own brand.
Can I send my own inspector or third-party QC?
Absolutely welcome. We regularly produce for the Japanese market, where clients station inspectors for 1:1 piece-by-piece inspection. Pre-shipment inspection by SGS, BV, TÜV or your own team is supported, and we provide photos and videos during production.
What are your payment terms?
T/T (bank transfer) — 30% deposit to start, 70% balance before shipment. Long-term partners can discuss other arrangements after the first orders.
Which shipping terms do you support?
We work with FOB, EXW and CIF, shipping from Ningbo or Shanghai. Express (DHL/FedEx/UPS), air and sea freight are all arranged, and DDP door-to-door is available to major destinations.
