¿Cuáles son sus plazos de muestras y de producción?
Muestreo takes en solo 5 días for standard designs and 7–10 días for complex 3D molds. Producción en masa is 15–25 días depending on quantity. Reorders are faster — your tooling is already on file.
¿Se reembolsa el costo de la muestra?
Yes. The sample fee is reembolso completo cuando su pedido alcance las 10.000 uds o más (quantity, not order value). For smaller quantities the sample fee covers tooling and setup only — we do not profit from samples.
¿Pueden fabricar mi propio diseño? ¿Qué archivos necesitan?
Yes — OEM and ODM both. We accept AI, PDF, CDR, STEP/STP files, and can work from clear fotos or hand sketches. Our in-house designers create the 3D render and mold drawing for your approval before tooling starts.
¿Quién es el propietario del molde y lo reutilizan para otros clientes?
The tooling fee is charged once and the el molde es suyo. We store it free of charge for your reorders and nunca vendemos ni mostramos su diseño a nadie más. NDAs are signed on request.

We are a licensed OEM producer for Disney, Hello Kitty, Snoopy, Moomin, Harry Potter and Miffy — but licensed characters can only be produced con la autorización escrita del propietario de la marca. We cannot make them for unauthorized buyers. The same production lines, molds, plating and QC standards are fully available for su propia marca.

Absolutely welcome. We regularly produce for the Japanese market, where clients station inspectors for inspección 1:1 pieza por pieza. Pre-shipment inspection by SGS, BV, TÜV or your own team is supported, and we provide fotos and videos during production.

T/T (transferencia bancaria) — 30% deposit to start, 70% balance before shipment. Long-term partners can discuss other arrangements after the first orders.

We work with FOB, EXW y CIF, shipping from Ningbo or Shanghai. Express (DHL/FedEx/UPS), air and sea freight are all arranged, and DDP puerta a puerta is available to major destinations.
