Standard OEM programs start from 500 Stk. pro Design. Our die maßgefertigte Buchstaben-Serie aus Edelstahl beginnt bereits bei 1 Stück — ideal for personalized jewelry, small boutiques and test orders. Mixed styles in one shipment are negotiable.
Wie schnell erhalte ich ein Angebot?
Within 24 Stunden, including a free 3D rendering so you can see the design before sampling. Send artwork, size, quantity and target price — a reference photo is enough if you have no technical drawing.
Wie lange dauern Bemusterung und Produktion?
Bemusterung takes schon ab 5 Tagen for standard designs and 7–10 Tage for complex 3D molds. Serienfertigung is 15–25 Tage depending on quantity. Reorders are faster — your tooling is already on file.
Ist die Mustergebühr erstattungsfähig?
Yes. The sample fee is voll erstattet, sobald Ihre Bestellung 10.000 Stk. oder mehr erreicht (quantity, not order value). For smaller quantities the sample fee covers tooling and setup only — we do not profit from samples.
Können Sie mein eigenes Design fertigen? Welche Dateien benötigen Sie?
Yes — OEM and ODM both. We accept AI, PDF, CDR, STEP/STP files, and can work from clear Fotos or hand sketches. Our in-house designers create the 3D render and mold drawing for your approval before tooling starts.
Wem gehört das Werkzeug, und verwenden Sie es für andere Kunden?
The tooling fee is charged once and the das Werkzeug gehört Ihnen. We store it free of charge for your reorders and wir verkaufen oder zeigen Ihr Design niemals Dritten. NDAs are signed on request.
Verfügen Sie über Werksaudits oder Konformitätszertifikate?
We are SEDEX- und NBCU-geprüft, founded in 1998, operating a 30.000 m² Werk mit 120 Mitarbeitern. Test reports are available for CPSIA, California Prop 65 (CA65) und EN71. Documentation can be shared before you place an order.
Können Sie Disney, Hello Kitty oder andere lizenzierte Figuren fertigen?
We are a licensed OEM producer for Disney, Hello Kitty, Snoopy, Moomin, Harry Potter and Miffy — but licensed characters can only be produced mit schriftlicher Genehmigung des Markeninhabers. We cannot make them for unauthorized buyers. The same production lines, molds, plating and QC standards are fully available for Ihre eigene Marke.
Kann ich einen eigenen Inspektor oder eine externe QS schicken?
Absolutely welcome. We regularly produce for the Japanese market, where clients station inspectors for 1:1 Stück-für-Stück-Prüfung. Pre-shipment inspection by SGS, BV, TÜV or your own team is supported, and we provide Fotos and videos during production.
Wie lauten Ihre Zahlungsbedingungen?
T/T (Banküberweisung) — 30% deposit to start, 70% balance before shipment. Long-term partners can discuss other arrangements after the first orders.
Welche Versandbedingungen unterstützen Sie?
We work with FOB, EXW und CIF, shipping from Ningbo or Shanghai. Express (DHL/FedEx/UPS), air and sea freight are all arranged, and DDP von Haus zu Haus is available to major destinations.
